PMC has Vertical and Horizontal Molding machines to meet any projects needs. Our molding is in a clean environment to meet strict cleanliness of medical and electronic parts requirements. PMC also has the capacity to provide insert molding to mold over metal parts for medical instruments, electronic and handle units, we also have CLEANROOM class 100,000 for the demanding parts. We use Commodity material (i.e. PP, PE, ABS, Rubber ...) as well as engineered plastics (i.e. Nylon, Delrin®, PC/ABS, PC, Santoprene, Acetal ...) to meet customer specifications..
