The PMC's Modular Frame System provides a wide variety of enclosure solutions for cleanrooms, dust control, sound control, safety and other industrial applications. The system is designed for fast construction and can be easily customized. Enclosures can be fitted with HEPA filters and modular air conditioning units, or can be quickly adapted to existing ventilating and dust collection systems.

AirLock™ Enclosure Systems - Series 150

AirLock Model 150 rooms offer more interior square footage for larger work areas requiring environmental control.

The heavy-duty ceiling structure can accommodate a larger quantity of filtering units. The modular frame components are pre-drilled and are labeled for quick and easy assembly with a minimum number of fasteners.

Strip Entrance Doors

Available in many widths, thicknesses and colors. Features the exclusive PMC clear/frost non-stick design for easy personnel and equipment passage.

Air Block™ - Non-Stick Strip Doors by PMC - Strip entrance doors are available in several strip widths, thicknesses and colors. Special non-stick strip design makes this the easiest strip door to walk through.

Bifolding Curtains

AirLock™ Doors are pre-hung in their frames for quick and easy installation and are available in the same material as the AirLock walls

Bi-folding curtain - Available with anodized alumium, galvanized or stainless steel track.

Options include various thicknesses and materials and a choice of magnetic or 3M Dual Lock™ closers. Heat sealed pleats are available to allow the curtain to fold to a compact size when space is at a minimum
