PMC uses the latest CAD software to produce your molds fast and efficiently. Our in-house CNC Machining centers can produce prototype (composite) molds as well as Aluminum production molds. PMC is fast, we can design and deliver prototypes usually within 2 to 3 weeks or sooner.

PMC can provide you with Die Cut Insert Trays, Spacers, Dividers to meet your budget. We can produce sample card within days and be ready for production within few weeks. Insert cards are a cost effective alternative to Thermoformed Trays. Not all products can use Card Trays. PMC can help you decide which process is best to meet your needs.
